Dan has a wealth of experience teaching Preliminary PDHPE. His website is used by students and teachers across the state and his flipped videos are highly viewed on YouTube. Dan is the Deputy Principal at SEDA College a senior school with campuses in Redfern and Sydney Olympic Park.

In this workshop Dan will help you to develop an contemporary critical inquiry approach to teaching Preliminary PDHPE. Throughout the day you will experience a range of practical activities that you can use in your classroom as well as help you to develop the backbone of an entire unit, including the assessment task.
Time will be given during the workshop to strategies to help your students improve their learning and some of the best practices you can engage in to advance them forward in preparing for Exams.
Completing the Preliminary PDHPE Workshop will contribute 5 hours and 0 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 2.1.2, 2.2.2 and 2.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
