This one day workshop is run by Dan Jackson – Founder of pdhpe.net
Dan has a wealth of experience teaching HSC PDHPE. His website is used by students and teachers across the state and his flipped videos are highly viewed on YouTube. Dan is the Deputy Principal at SEDA College a senior school with campuses in Redfern and Sydney Olympic Park.

This workshop is well suited for first time and experienced HSC teachers who would like to gather more resources and ideas on how to teach HSC PDHPE.
Throughout the day Dan will unpack some of the key aspects of the syllabus and provide you with a hands on activities to explore these with your students. As a result of the workshop you will have a repertoire of teaching and learning strategies as well as resources that you can implement in your classrooms ready for term 4.
This workshop will provide you with time to develop your teaching and learning program and challenge you to think deeply about your approach to HSC education.
Time will be given during the workshop to strategies to help your students improve their learning and some of the best practices you can engage in to advance them forward in preparing for the HSC Exam.
Completing the HSC PDHPE Workshop will contribute 5 hours and 0 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 2.1.2, 2.2.2 and 2.2.3 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
